The agreement at the gate.
Seller and support
Seller: BULLENSAGA, operated under the parent merchant identity BULLENCIAGA. Support: support@bullensaga.com. The Stripe checkout descriptor may show BULLENCIAGA, while the purchased product and fulfillment record are identified as BULLENSAGA.
1. What you are buying
A preorder buys one future digital BULLENSAGA game license in the edition shown at checkout. House and Estate editions also include the digital bonuses and commemorative NFTs listed for that edition. A preorder is a purchase of future digital content, not an investment, security, deposit or promise of financial return.
2. Price and payment
The total price is shown before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Supported crypto payments must be sent only on the stated network, to the stated address, and for the exact amount attached to the order record. When automatic detection is active, that amount can include a tiny network-specific identifier in its final digits and must not be rounded. Network fees are paid by the customer. A crypto order is not confirmed until the transfer is verified on-chain.
3. Delivery timing
BULLENSAGA is still in production. Release and early-access dates are estimates until a dated delivery announcement is published. Material schedule or content changes will be communicated by email. If an included item changes, BULLENSAGA will provide a reasonably equivalent item or the remedy required by applicable law.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, and you keep any longer or additional rights required by the law that applies to you. Digital content will not be supplied during a statutory withdrawal period unless you separately request early supply and acknowledge the legal effect. Once digital supply has begun with valid express consent, withdrawal rights for that supplied content may be limited where the law allows.
5. Wallets and NFTs
You must provide a Solana address that you control for NFT delivery and may request a correction before minting. The listed NFTs are commemorative digital collectibles. They do not transfer BULLENSAGA intellectual-property rights and carry no promise of resale value, liquidity, profit or future utility beyond benefits expressly stated at delivery.
6. BULLEN allocation
The displayed buyback-and-burn amount is an internal reserve allocation from each completed preorder. It is not an automatic escrow, does not make the buyer an owner or creditor of the reserve, and does not guarantee token price or appreciation. Executed buybacks and burns are intended to be published with transaction references.
7. Customer responsibility
Check the selected edition, email address, Solana delivery address, asset, exact amount and network before paying. Crypto sent using an unsupported token, rounded amount, incorrect network or incorrect recipient may require manual review and may be unrecoverable. Contact support promptly if an order detail is wrong.
8. Refunds, cancellation and failure to deliver
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Blockchain fees and losses caused by an incorrect customer transfer may not be recoverable. If BULLENSAGA is cancelled or cannot be delivered, customers will receive the refund or alternative remedy required by applicable consumer law.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, BULLENSAGA is not responsible for third-party wallet, exchange, network, marketplace or platform failures outside its reasonable control.
10. Contact and changes
Questions, corrections and cancellation requests may be sent to support@bullensaga.com. The version accepted with an order is stored in the order ledger. Material changes will not silently replace the terms already accepted for a paid order.
