Controller and contact
The controller is BULLENSAGA, operated under BULLENCIAGA. Privacy and support requests may be sent to support@bullensaga.com.
What we collect
For each preorder we collect a nickname, email address, Solana delivery address, selected edition, price, payment method and status. For crypto orders we also record the selected asset and network, exact expected amount, recipient address, public transaction hash and confirmation status. Stripe separately processes card and billing details; BULLENSAGA does not receive full card numbers.
Why we use it
We use the data to create and perform the preorder contract, match payments, prevent duplicate or fraudulent fulfillment, send transactional updates, deliver the game and edition benefits, maintain accounting records, answer support requests and demonstrate the stated buyback-and-burn allocation.
Legal bases
Order processing is necessary to take steps requested by you and perform the purchase contract. Accounting and tax records are retained where legally required. Security, fraud prevention and dispute records are handled for legitimate operational interests, subject to your rights.
Who receives it
Data is shared only as needed with Stripe for card checkout, website and database infrastructure providers, and a transactional email provider. When automatic crypto detection is active, a blockchain-monitoring provider observes the public receiving wallets and reports matching transfers; it does not receive the customer email or NFT-delivery record from BULLENSAGA. Data may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Public burn proofs will not include customer email addresses or full wallet-delivery records.
How long we keep it
Paid-order records are kept for fulfillment and the period required by tax, accounting and dispute laws. Abandoned or unpaid order records are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Support and fraud records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal data, or object to certain processing. Some order data must still be kept when law requires it. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Wallet information
Blockchain addresses and transactions can be public and permanent. The Solana delivery address is stored with the private order record. A later public proof record should use only the minimum transaction information needed to verify a burn or delivery.

Administrative ledger access is protected and payment-card entry is hosted by Stripe. No internet service can promise perfect security. Contact support@bullensaga.com with a privacy or security request.
